I recommend transferring the LUTs to your iPhone via airdrop, google drive, dropbox, or by downloading directly on your phone. From there, save them in the files app or dropbox on your iPhone in a folder you will be able to access easily.

Then, once in your editing app of choice there will be an option to import presets or LUTs where you will be able to quickly apply them onto all future projects.

My personal recommendation for mobile editing would be to download LumaFusion for video footage and Lightroom for photographs. Premiere Pro and Lightroom is my workflow when on desktop.
